70th Annual Tony Awards: Best Dressed

My article this week for Avenue Magazine:

Last night’s 70th Annual Tony Awards celebrated the greatest Broadway plays of the year. Host James Corden started the evening off with a performance reminiscing classic musicals such as Annie, Dreamgirls and Jesus Christ Superstar.

Held in the heart of the Upper West Side at Beacon Theatre, the black tie event was presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. The evening was dedicated to honoring the greatest actors and actresses of the year. But now that it’s over, we are honoring the stunning red carpet fashion looks worn by Hollywood’s aristocracy. Mary Elizabeth Winstead made a statement in a sequin black dress by Zuhair Murad, Lupita Nyong’o looked dazzling in a floral Hugo Boss ensemble and Pascale Armand slayed in an ornate Delpozo gown. Click through our slideshow to see all the stunning looks from Broadway’s biggest night.
